Build and Release Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Build & Release Support Engineer specializing in CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for build and release systems, managing Slack threads and tickets
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex build and packaging issues independently
• Maintain documentation and knowledge development for recurring problems and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Build/Release Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or software development
• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong knowledge of Maven, Java build systems, and artifact repositories
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid Linux/Unix skills and scripting experience (Python/Bash)
