Build Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Build business in a full-time remote capacity, the Manager of Build will design scalable systems, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers while ensuring contractor network standards are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and standardize systems for scaling the Build operations, eliminating bottlenecks, and implementing automation
• Own and drive accountability for Build revenue growth, forecasting performance, and addressing market underperformance
• Recruit, coach, and develop a team of Build Project Managers, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business operations with P&L ownership
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance metrics
• Experience managing external partners or contractor networks
• Strong analytical skills, utilizing data and KPIs for decision-making
