Build & Release Engineer
Job Summary
Providing high-impact technical support for mission-critical CI/CD services, the full-time Build & Release Support Engineer will manage build pipelines, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure developer productivity in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Slack threads and tickets to triage build failures and configuration errors
- Diagnose and resolve complex build and packaging issues independently
- Maintain and refine documentation, including FAQs and problem-solution one-pagers
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Build/Release Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or software development
- Proficiency in Git and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Strong understanding of Maven, Java build tooling, and software supply chain lifecycle
- Experience with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) and artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus)
- Proficient in Unix/Linux command-line and scripting (Python/Bash)
