Build Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Build Supervisor in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor installation teams to ensure adherence to project-specific quality and technical standards
• Assist the Project Manager with performance management of contractor resources and site documentation
• Produce post-installation audit reports and maintain relationships with clients and build partners

Required Qualifications and Experience

• UK Driving License
• Experience and qualification within street works, with understanding of the New Roads & Streetworks Act
• Understanding of FTTP, Openreach network, and Civils delivery
• Experience in managing teams and build partner performance
• Good understanding of Wireless Network Technologies and structured cabling
