Builder Finance Manager

Job Summary

Driving the financial performance of a builder entity, the full-time remote Builder Finance Manager will manage annual budgeting, monitor key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights to enhance profitability and strengthen builder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support management by summarizing and advising on financial aspects to improve performance
• Model financial scenarios and advise on compensation to assist in recruiting Loan Originators
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial reporting for compensation purposes

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• 5 years of experience in mortgage sales, secondary, and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of financial concepts associated with mortgages
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Superior analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
