Job Summary
Driving the financial performance of a builder entity, the full-time remote Builder Finance Manager will manage annual budgeting, provide financial insights for decision-making, and support recruiting efforts while enhancing profitability and builder relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Summarize and present financial data to support management decisions and improve performance
- Lead the annual budgeting process and mid-year forecasting, collaborating with senior management on strategic decisions
- Establish and maintain enterprise-wide KPI reporting and financial dashboards for executive decision-making
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- 7+ years of experience in mortgage sales, secondary, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of mortgage industry and financial concepts associated with mortgages
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Superior analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
