BUILDER Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in maintaining and improving facility asset data, the full-time fully remote BUILDER Management Specialist will manage data quality, coordinate assessments, and develop work plans within the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update BUILDER data by identifying and resolving corrupted records and conducting routine audits
• Develop annual and multi-year work plans and detailed work packages aligned with NOAA's operational priorities
• Coordinate with Facility Managers and site teams to validate documentation and ensure timely updates to BUILDER

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience
• Expert knowledge of BUILDER SMS and understanding of facility condition assessments
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and as-built documents
• NACI clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and skilled in preparing reports and presentations
