Builder Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Builder Operations Manager who will oversee the New Homes project pipeline and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project fulfillment from release to final inspection
• Act as a liaison to streamline communication between project teams, builders, and installation partners
• Monitor project flow, identify issues, and provide actionable insights to enhance performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of project management or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in solar and/or production building is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
