Job Summary

A company is looking for a Builder Options Coordinator, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the selection and pricing of options for new construction projects
  • Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and create quotes for buyers
  • Assist in managing the contract process to ensure accurate documentation and pricing
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in the construction industry
  • Basic technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Highly organized with strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable using technology and experience with CRM software
