Job Summary
A company is looking for a Builder Options Coordinator to manage and coordinate the selection and pricing of options for new construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the options selection process by working closely with homebuyers, sales agents, and subcontractors
- Obtain accurate pricing for options and create quotes for buyers
- Assist in managing the contract process to ensure accurate documentation and pricing
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the construction industry
- Basic technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable using technology and CRM software
