Job Summary

A company is looking for a Builder Options Coordinator to manage and coordinate the selection and pricing of options for new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the options selection process by working closely with homebuyers, sales agents, and subcontractors
  • Obtain accurate pricing for options and create quotes for buyers
  • Assist in managing the contract process to ensure accurate documentation and pricing
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Basic technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Highly organized with strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM software
