Builder Relationship Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Builder Relationship Specialist to manage and grow business relationships with real estate investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the loan origination process for Builder Accounts
• Provide a white glove service experience on every loan and act as the main point of contact for Builder clients
• Analyze loan applications and collect essential documentation to ensure compliance with credit policy

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of sales, account management, or loan processing experience required
• 2 years of construction lending or similar mortgage experience
• Demonstrated ability to keep organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in formulating and presenting solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
