Job Summary

A company is looking for a Building Enclosure Consultant - Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead condition assessments and investigations of building enclosure systems
• Drive envelope commissioning projects and develop specifications and quality standards
• Oversee enclosure testing and installation, ensuring compliance with standards and project goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
• 10+ years of building envelope construction and/or consulting experience may substitute for educational requirements
• 5+ years of experience in building enclosure systems
