Building Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Engineer III- Business Performance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze building energy performance and utility usage patterns to track decarbonization measures
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams on new construction projects to achieve decarbonization goals
• Develop long-term decarbonization roadmaps and compliance documentation for energy modeling

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
• Five years of experience in engineering design or a related field
• Experience with whole building energy modeling software such as IES VE or EnergyPlus
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and/or Macros
• BEMP or other professional credentials preferred
