Building Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To drive customer value in a fully remote capacity, the Building Systems Engineer will collaborate with the Customer Success team and product engineers to onboard building systems data, enhance data processing, and leverage AI technology for improved building efficiency and sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to mitigate churn and drive renewals while acting as the voice of the customer
- Lead account servicing and demonstrate deep product proficiency while supporting new opportunities
- Collaborate with the Product team to drive solution enhancements and become a technical authority on building performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in energy consulting or a related field
- Deep knowledge of HVAC/Controls systems and the ability to quantify energy savings
- Strong quantitative skills to model efficiency initiatives and verify fiscal impact
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
- Prior experience in SaaS customer success is a plus
