Building Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support a mission-driven team focused on enhancing building efficiency and sustainability, the fully remote Building Systems Engineer will collaborate with the Customer Success team and product engineers to onboard building systems data, improve data processing, and drive customer value through innovative AI-based technology.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate and master the Noda technology stack while shadowing client interactions to understand customer needs
- Lead account servicing efforts, mitigate churn, and demonstrate product proficiency to support customer engagement
- Drive solution enhancements and collaborate with the Product team to optimize building performance initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in energy consulting or a related field
- Deep knowledge of HVAC/Controls systems and ability to quantify energy savings
- Strong quantitative skills to model efficiency initiatives and translate technical details into business value
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline
- Prior experience in SaaS customer success and familiarity with SkySpark is a plus
