Bureau Solution Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bureau Solution Consultant will build and maintain a library of bureau-based solutions, focusing on ISO lines of business and Workers Compensation, while collaborating with various teams to implement and support bureau content for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develops requirements and specifications for bureau content based on ISO/NCCI rules and forms
• Collaborates with System Integrator resources to manage the implementation of bureau rates, rules, and forms
• Supports sales efforts by presenting bureau solutions and providing demos to prospective clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a business-related field
• Intimate knowledge of ISO/NCCI manuals, particularly in Property, General Liability, Automobile, and Workers Compensation
• 5+ years of experience in insurance company or related insurance software vendor roles
• Experience in insurance rating, policy issuance, and full policy lifecycle requirements
• Relevant designations such as CPCU, AU, AIT, or ARC are a plus
