Buried Service Wire Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Buried Service Wire Coordinator to manage and coordinate buried service wire activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Buried Service Wire activities, including scheduling and documentation
• Assign and monitor vendor workloads while communicating progress and addressing service-impacting issues
• Maintain reporting and documentation, ensuring timely completion of BSW tickets and backlog management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience coordinating telecommunications, construction, or utility-related work is preferred
• Familiarity with telecom systems and BSW processes is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
