Key Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone interpretation services across various industries, primarily medical
• Manage a high volume of calls while adhering to client requirements and schedules
• Utilize an online portal or landline telephone to log on and off for interpreting services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have a minimum of two years of professional interpreting experience, preferably in over-the-phone interpreting
• Must legally reside in the United States and possess a valid SSN or EIN and photo ID
• Completion of a language assessment focused on medical terminology is required
• Independent contractor status; must be able to set own schedule
• Not available for applicants residing in California, New Jersey, or New York
