Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business account relationships, serving as the primary contact for existing accounts
• Conduct regular outreach to business customers and manage follow-up communications
• Assist with order management, account maintenance, and liaise between clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of air filters and HVAC systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of Pipedrive and Supplybuy
• Familiarity with Django Admin and Customer Dashboard
• General knowledge of Gmail, ZoomInfo, Google Suite, and Microsoft 360
• Experience in managing client communications and relationships
