Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service to Industrial and DTI customers, the full-time remote Business Account Specialist will manage onboarding, order management, and customer inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain expertise in Red Wing for Business programs, services, products, pricing, and procedures
• Provide dedicated customers with exceptional service, exceeding expectations through knowledgeable and timely support
• Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and engage in account review calls

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service
• Strong knowledge of product offerings and services
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality in task execution
