Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Acquisition Manager to join their Home Services sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to qualify, recruit, onboard, and launch new dealers using strategic marketing tactics
- Assist new dealers in achieving success during their first 90 days and ensure a smooth transition to the sales team
- Meet sales targets and conduct weekly meetings to develop and update recruiting and onboarding plans
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of professional-level experience, with at least two years in a Business Acquisition management role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers and clients at all levels
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
