Job Summary
Providing strategic calendar management and logistical support, the full-time Business Administrator will coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration while ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendar and meeting logistics for executives, ensuring preparation and participant attendance
- Coordinate events and logistics, proactively driving actions to achieve successful outcomes
- Support team management activities, including recruitment and onboarding processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Administrative, Business Support, or customer service roles with a focus on scheduling and travel management for executives
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience mentoring others
- 3+ years of experience managing administrative budgets
