Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate creator agreements on behalf of brand clients
• Advise, plan, and coordinate all aspects of creator agreement review and approval
• Support the Whalar Studios division with freelancer agreements, risk assessments, and content production paperwork

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, marketing, entertainment, or the Creator scene
• Experience in talent contract editing and strong negotiation skills
• Good understanding of basic Intellectual Property principles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exposure to content production paperwork is desirable but not required
