Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate creator agreements
• Advise and coordinate all aspects of creator agreement review and approval with internal stakeholders
• Communicate and negotiate with creators, agents, managers, and legal counsel on agreements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, marketing, entertainment, or the creator scene
• Working knowledge of social media and the creator economy
• Experience with talent/creator contract drafting and negotiation
• Understanding of basic Intellectual Property principles and content rights
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
