Business Affairs Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a driven Business Affairs Manager, the full-time position will manage advertising content reviews, oversee talent strategy, and provide strategic guidance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Review advertising content for intellectual property and legal concerns, providing expert guidance
• Serve as the primary contact for SAG-AFTRA and manage talent agreements and costs across campaigns
• Monitor AI production developments and advise on policies for AI-generated content

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a marketing-driven organization
• Advanced knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices
• Experience managing outside agencies and talent negotiations
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and related trends preferred
