Key Responsibilities

Create and execute a comprehensive talent strategy for Business Analysts
Define and implement BA strategy, standards, methodologies, and operating procedures
Integrate BA practices into Agile and SAFe delivery models and oversee BA activities across multiple teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis with significant senior leadership responsibility
Minimum of 5 years leading multi-level, cross-functional BA teams
Expert knowledge of SDLC, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices
Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
