Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Analysis (NPHS IT).

Key Responsibilities

• Define requirements and break down problem statements into manageable development scope
• Lead elicitation sessions and facilitate analysis for complex business decisions
• Build strong relationships with business and customer groups to ensure alignment with product goals

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Acceptance Test-Driven Development
• Experience with customer-facing systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile processes and team improvement
