Business Analysis Instructor

Job Summary

To deliver engaging online learning experiences, the part-time Business Analysis Instructor will design and facilitate training programs in Business Analysis and Data Analytics, mentoring adult learners while providing feedback and support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering Business Analysis, Advanced Excel, SQL, ETL processes, Microsoft Power BI, RPA concepts, Agile frameworks, and AI for business analysis
• Guide learners through hands-on activities, projects, and practical business scenarios while evaluating performance and providing actionable feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum and maintain session quality metrics and learner engagement standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Technical Trainer
• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and ETL concepts
• Knowledge of CBAP-level Business Analysis practices, including BABOK framework and requirements lifecycle management
• Experience with RPA tools and Agile methodologies, along with familiarity with AI tools for business analysis workflows
