Business Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Business Analysts, Project Managers, and QA testers while overseeing the ESD portfolio of projects
• Collaborate with IT to align project priorities, business needs, and timelines for successful delivery
• Lead change management initiatives, develop strategies, and create communication plans to support stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in delivering software using an agile framework
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with OCM change management and risk mitigation strategies
• CSM, CBAP, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile practices and tools such as Jira and CA Agile Central
