Business Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Analysis to oversee business needs and objectives in application development and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day resources to provide effective applications and resolve user issues
• Collaborate with staff and users to identify requirements for development projects
• Integrate new technologies and develop project plans and schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of systems analysis or IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Working knowledge of medical and claims information integration and information systems
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• Project Management certification preferred
