Business Analysis Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of business analysts, the full-time remote Business Analysis Manager will drive requirements definition, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and implement business process improvements to enhance value for customers and internal operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Plans and drives scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for large initiatives
• Investigates operational requirements and identifies effective business solutions
• Implements stakeholder engagement plans and manages relationships to ensure user needs are met

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent project-related experience
• Experience in clinical data management or programming, particularly in designing eCRFs and leading studies
• Solid professional experience in a similar role with knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with process modeling standards such as BPMN and Lean Six Sigma
• Proven line management and leadership experience within the life sciences sector
