Business Analysis Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, this full-time remote position will manage strategic analytics initiatives, executive communication, and AI-enabled analytics to support executive leadership in decision-making and business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-impact analyses to identify root causes and develop actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Distill complex analyses into concise narratives for diverse audiences, including the CFO and executive team
- Design scalable analytical frameworks and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and insight generation
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles, preferably in fast-paced tech environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Expert SQL skills and experience with Python or R; strong BI experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to connect data to business outcomes and make sound judgment calls with imperfect information
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and summarizing complex analyses
