Business Analysis Manager

Job Summary

Managing a high-performing team, the full-time remote Business Analysis Manager will provide research and analysis support to inform strategy and decision-making, oversee project leadership, and ensure alignment of business goals with systems through mentorship and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Analysts to support various product teams and transformation programs
• Collaborate with business, technology, and external partners to identify business needs and ensure appropriate analysis support is provided
• Lead the analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements for key initiatives, acting as a liaison between business users and technology teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• Certifications such as CBAP, IIBA, PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus
• Demonstrated experience as a Lead BA or Business Analysis Manager with supervisory duties
• Strong experience in Agile development environments and major digital transformation programs
• Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and best practices, particularly in software or product development lifecycles
