Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst who will work with customers and internal teams to identify and implement project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients
• Validate requirements and provide gap analysis and needs assessments
• Create and finalize functional and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration
• Experience working in SDLC, testing, and validating solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint preferred
• Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization
• Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables
