Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
• Guide users in formulating requirements and advise on alternatives and implications of modifications
• Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet client requirements and maintain data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3 years of experience in technical business analysis within a complex Microsoft software environment
• In-depth knowledge of Transact-SQL and database design
• Ability to develop documentation using UML design concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and Visio
