Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document requirements for business projects and process improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and workflows
Create process flows, data models, and user stories to support solution design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Experience with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) preferred
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and T-SQL
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
