Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between the eCommerce business unit and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in discovery sessions and user testing to understand requirements
• Creates and maintains key product documentation and defines Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with stakeholders
• Performs gap analysis on new features and supports the development team by managing expectations and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical or business experience
• Minimum 4 years' experience with Agile development
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and Agile Methodology
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications
• Experience in project management and phases of the software life cycle
