Business Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a cohesive Client and Partner Success team, the full-time remote Business Analyst will manage integration projects, produce specifications and documentation, and support both internal teams and external clients in maintaining integration interfaces and standard data formats.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain actionable information for integration interfaces and data formats
• Provide administrative and logistical support for integration projects with industry platforms
• Perform data analysis and author specifications related to product integrations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Analyst role or equivalent
• Experience with SaaS and/or systems integrations is preferred
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus
• Familiarity with MISMO or XML is advantageous
