Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Business Analyst will manage data requirements for securities class actions, develop technical specifications, and analyze data using SQL and Excel to ensure compliance with business rules.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the lifecycle of securities class actions and define necessary data for the Plan of Allocation applications
• Develop and publish technical specifications and documentation related to the calculation module
• Analyze data using SQL and Excel to ensure that requirements are met and assist clients with case reviews and nominee outreach

Required qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent industry experience
• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role capturing business functional requirements
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server and MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Experience with relational databases
• Ability to work under deadlines and shifting priorities
