Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting impactful projects remotely, the full-time Business Analyst will manage research-gathering and data analysis, present data-driven solutions, and serve as a liaison between IT and business leadership while enhancing IT service quality in an M365 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business needs within an M365 environment to support project delivery and implementation
• Build and deliver polished executive documentation, including business requirement documents and user guides
• Gather and document functional and user experience requirements through stakeholder analysis and customer interviews

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in supporting Information Technology projects; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (O365) for project management and stakeholder communication
• Experience integrating AI technologies to improve outcomes and efficiencies
• Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations and detailed requirements documents
• AI-900 Certification is a plus
