Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst in Remote, USA!

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Purchase Order (PO) process for the entire department globally
• Manage incidents and case work-streams for invoices and system inquiries
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on special purchasing project requests

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in a high-growth tech environment in an operations, business, or financial role
• Experience with the end-to-end purchasing process regarding purchase orders and sourcing agreements
• Proficient in creating and providing training and other materials related to operational processes
• Experience driving efficiencies and automating operational processes
• Experience of a multinational company in a systems and technology-focused role, within procurement, finance, or legal operations
