Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide analysis functions and technical expertise for business information systems
Assist in defining business requirements and translating them into system functions
Manage Change Requests, Incident Management tickets, and provide production support

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, master's degree with 6+ years, or high school diploma/GED with 12+ years
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Previous exposure to Web Services, testing with Junit, and managing Change Requests
Experience with initiating Incident Management tickets
