Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business process solutions for the Customer
- Define customer needs, determine strategy, and develop project plans for improved efficiency
- Participate in requirements planning, conduct business process analyses, and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- BA degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of experience
- Experience supporting a government IT organization
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and development of process/workflow automation
- Deep understanding of industry practices and standards
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain an Active Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship is required
