Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Technical to support business processes and systems through data analysis and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in Business Process Management (BPM) and assesses results of implemented processes
• Monitors departmental compliance with government requirements and manages performance metrics reporting
• Develops and documents business requirements for system enhancements and provides project management support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience or five years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated intermediate skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications
• Ability to design and run intermediate queries and reports
