Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst for a 100% remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with eclinical system teams to define and translate business requirements into user requirements for the SAM technical team
Act as a solution expert during the design process, providing insights to support user needs
Manage incident requests via the ITSM tool and contribute to solution demos and knowledge base

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/relevant experience required
Experience in Stakeholder Analysis, Requirement Engineering, or Process Modeling
Experience working with ServiceNow Technologies
Knowledge of ITSM principles and clinical development processes
Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience in a global environment
