Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with a system integrations focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for integration project scheduling, scope confirmation, and documentation
• Lead scoping of implementation projects and document client business rules for system integrations
• Prepare and deliver customized product training to customer stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant work experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software implementation and system integration projects
• Experience with third-party products such as Ellucian Banner, Salesforce, or Workday
• Advanced technical abilities in working with APIs and related technologies (e.g., XML, JSON)
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and experience writing requirements and user stories
