Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support IT projects and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems, focusing on ServiceNow solutions
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops to define project scope and objectives
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and process flows

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for federal clearance eligibility
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis for IT projects
• Experience working with or implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Proficiency in business process documentation and tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Visio
• Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
