Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to manage client operational workflows and system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update client-specific operational configurations
• Troubleshoot internal workflow issues with cross-functional teams
• Maintain and manipulate complex spreadsheets influencing system behavior

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or technical support role
• Proven ability to manage detailed workflows or configuration settings
• Experience with spreadsheets and data-heavy processes
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and basic SQL is a plus
