Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to clients, ensuring optimal operation of products
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client tickets, escalating issues as necessary
• Document, track, and monitor problem resolution to ensure timely service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant combination of education and experience
• Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in health care and/or health care technology
• Experience with enrollment, eligibility, and membership is a plus but can be trained
• Continuous learning as defined by the company's learning philosophy is required
