Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to assist in the design and implementation of disaster recovery grant management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and configuration of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management
• Collaborate with program staff to document system configuration requirements
• Work with technical teams to create use cases for quality assurance and end-user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Intelligrants grant management software functionality
• Ability to assess operational use of Intelligrants
• Experience in customer service, particularly with end users during testing phases
